Your Guarantee of SPAM-Free Privacy

I won't rent, sell, barter, distribute, disclose, or otherwise give out any of your personal information including your email address, to anyone unless specifically directed to do so by you. That pretty much covers my policy on privacy - I don't compromise that ever. I will only send you lisachasin.com emails directly related to the specific newsletters and/or topics you signed up for. You won't get unexpected promotional offers or newsletters you never specifically asked for. Most of my newsletters are sent irregularly and monthly at most.

For the really detail oriented folks out there, here's how I handle and protect your information:

Your email address

I only collect and hold your email address in order to send you the information and services you have requested. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason quickly and easily by email. If you ever have a problem with your subscription, feel free to contact me here or at 404.642.1091.

As I already mentioned, I do not rent email lists (ever), nor will I share your name with anyone unless you personally request it.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

My promotional emails all comply with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. You can unsubscribe at any time. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every one of my promotional emails. Easy enough.

Your friend's email address

You may notice throughout this site I offer you the chance to send a friend an article or a note telling them about the site. I will only use your friend's email address in order to send the message you asked us to send. Then they will never ever hear from us again … unless they voluntarily subscribe themselves!

I realize that there are some bad/stupid people around us who could abuse the "send a note to a friend" links to send emails to a person who is NOT a friend and who doesn't want to get email from me. Unfortunately I can't stop all of those people. If someone sends you something you don't want, I apologize.

Listings by Email

I won't send you property listing emails unless you specifically and pro-actively signed up for Listings By Email. I'll also send you property listing emails when you or...ah...um...Well, that's really the only reason you would ever get them.
